Simon’s The Mall at Rockingham Park in Salem, NH announced a lineup of new retailers and dining experiences set to open throughout 2026. Expected to open in late May, Rowan will introduce its first-ever New Hampshire location, while New Balance will join the lineup in early summer. Carter’s recently opened on the shopping center’s lower level.
Also arriving this summer, POP MART will bring its globally recognized designer toy concept to Salem. Further expanding the center’s entertainment offerings, The Mall at Rockingham Park will open Game On and Loretta’s Last Call this fall. Both concepts are associated with the Fenway Park game-day ex5perience.
