Tishman Speyer has signed Madewell to a long-term lease for 7,340 square feet at 1 Rockefeller Plaza. Slated to open in 2027, the new store marks Madewell’s first location at Rockefeller Center.
Madewell offers premium denim, apparel, and accessories for women and men. Best known for its denim expertise, the brand is recognized for its thoughtful design, innovative approach to denim, and everyday wardrobe essential. The new store will bring the full Madewell experience to life, showcasing the brand’s denim expertise, signature styling, and community-focused programming, according to Tishman Speyer.
