Holland & Knight has relocated its Nashville office to Symphony Place, one of Nashville’s premier office towers. Occupying seven floors and 145,000 square feet, the Firm will be Symphony Place’s anchor tenant. Highwoods Properties is the building owner.
Located in the heart of SoBro, the office will offer convenient access to major corporate headquarters, courts, hotels, entertainment venues and the growing East Bank development area. The building also recently unveiled significant enhancements, including an updated lobby and a new amenity level.
Holland & Knight’s Matt Burnstein added, “Symphony Place helped pioneer the neighborhood’s transformation, and with the East Bank now taking shape, we believe this location positions us to be a vital part of Nashville’s next chapter.”
The relocation marks another milestone in Holland & Knight’s growth in Tennessee following its successful combination with Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis in 2023.
