After revealing the design and some of the features, OnePlus has officially revealed the launch date for the Turbo 6X series. The OnePlus Turbo 6X and Turbo 6X Pro will debut in China on June 10th. The announcement comes from OnePlus’ Weibo account, and there’s also a new poster image, showing off their rear designs.

The OnePlus Turbo 6X Pro and regular 6X will get distinctive camera module designs. The Weibo post says the Turbo 6X series will be the top choice in the CNY 1,500 range, which is roughly $210. This lines up with recent reports. So we’re looking at mid-range models here. While they’re confirmed to debut in China later this week, it’s not clear if they’ll expand to global regions at the moment.
In the Weibo post, OnePlus says the Turbo 6X Pro will be a “powerful choice” for those looking for smooth performance and long battery life. Meanwhile, the regular Turbo 6X will have an eye-friendly display with good battery life.
Global launch details are unclear
The previous teaser images confirmed the Turbo 6X will feature the MediaTek Dimensity 7360 Super chipset, coupled with a 7,000mAh battery. It’ll get an IPS LCD panel. So, no AMOLED goodness. A recent leak claimed the phone will boot Android 16-based OxygenOS custom skin out of the box. It may house a 50MP main and a 2MP sensor on the rear. The upcoming OnePlus phone may rock an 8MP selfie sensor.
The 7,000mAh battery will be paired with 45W fast charging. Rest, it may get a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and also an IP64 rating for dust and water resistance. It may measure 8.55 mm in thickness and weigh 208 grams.
OnePlus Turbo 6X Pro could be the more expensive model in the duo
Meanwhile, the Turbo 6X Pro will feature the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Super SoC. It’ll pack a large 8,000mAh battery and sport a 1.5K AMOLED display. It’ll reportedly offer a higher 144Hz refresh rate. In terms of optics, the upcoming Turbo phone may get a 50MP main and an 8MP secondary rear camera. It could house a 16MP lens on the front for selfies.
The OnePlus Turbo 6X Pro could feature an optical in-display fingerprint sensor and an IP68/IP69/IP69K rating for water and dust resistance. It will weigh 213 grams and measure 8.8 mm in thickness.
The OnePlus Turbo 6X will be available in white, green, and black shades, while the Turbo 6X Pro will get orange and black colors.
