KLNB has secured two full-building industrial leases in Frederick County, Maryland.
The firm negotiated a 26,000-square-foot industrial lease at 36 W. Pennsylvania Ave., Walkersville, Maryland. KLNB Principals Rob Pugh and Ken Fellows represented the landlord, HCI Associates, LLC, in the transaction.
The tenant, PTX, LLC, is a leading-edge engineering and manufacturing company specializing in mission-critical technology and aerospace supply chain solutions and will occupy the entire facility. Mike Gillman of CBRE represented PTX. The transaction was structured as a five-year lease with an option to purchase the property.
KLNB also negotiated a full-building lease at 2 Creamery Way in Emmitsburg, Maryland. The firm’s Rob Pugh and Ken Fellows represented the landlord, T&K Management, in the transaction. The 17,220-square-foot flex/industrial property sits on 4.41 acres. The new tenancy brings the building to 100% occupancy and marks a significant relocation for BlueTriton Brands, Inc., DBA Primo Water Corporation, from Pennsylvania to Maryland.
