Autumn just came early.
Starbucks’s 2026 fall menu is officially in stores as of August 25, bringing returning favorites along with new takes on fall flavors. From a selection of pumpkin drinks to other fall fruits and even new merch for diehard fans, here’s everything on offer from Starbucks as we head into spooky season.
Pumpkins and pecans
It wouldn’t be fall at Starbucks without Pumpkin Spice Lattes, and this year is no exception. The PSL is back as part of an expanded pumpkin menu, with other returning drinks including the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew and the Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai.
Those fan-favorites are joined by three new pumpkin drinks: Iced Pumpkin Cream Shaken Espresso, Pumpkin Cream Matcha, and Pumpkin Spice Chai.
The other returning fall drinks are the Pecan Cortado and the Pecan Crunch Latte, which comes both iced and hot.
Feeling fruity
Though pumpkin is the season’s signature fruit, Starbucks is bringing banana and strawberry to its menu this autumn as well.
Starbucks’s new Iced Banana Bread Latte and Iced Banana Bread Chai feature banana-flavored syrup to hop on a growing trend, as the coffee industry literally goes bananas.
According to market data, banana is the fastest-growing beverage ingredient flavor of the past year, with 100 banana drinks introduced by top chains from July 2025 through July 2026. That includes Dunkin’ Donuts, Blank Street, and Starbucks itself, which already slipped into the banana craze with its Iced Banana Protein Cream Matcha.

Beyond its Banana Bread drinks, Starbucks is offering a new drink called Iced Chaider—a portmanteau of chai and cider—that despite its name, isn’t cider-based at all. Instead, it blends chai with strawberry acai to create a “cider-like beverage.”
New food offerings round out the fall menu, including a Chicken Bacon Protein Pocket and an adorable new Hedgehog Cake Pop. The Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin is also back from previous years.
PSL-inspired merch
Want to pick up something from Starbucks that will last longer than your coffee break? The fall menu comes with a collection of merchandise named for the PSL Society—aka, the Starbucks customers that can’t wait until the Pumpkin Spice Latte comes to stores every year.
The collection includes two ceramic mugs, cold cups made of glass and stainless steel, a tumbler with a PSL charm, and a water bottle collab with Owala. For anyone who wants to rep their favorite latte even when they’re not actively drinking one, Starbucks is also selling a baseball cap emblazoned with PSL and an embroidered pumpkin.
The PSL Society collection is on sale in Starbucks cafes now, along with the rest of the brand’s fall menu.
