Hunneman recently brokered two leases totaling 21,096 square feet in Lowell, MA. Fisher Auto Parts, an automotive aftermarket retailer and wholesaler with over 500 locations nationwide, will open its first Lowell location at 205 Industrial Ave E, while Sevita Health, a home and community-based specialty healthcare provider, will expand its space at 22 Old Canal Dr. to support additional service lines. Both transactions bring the respective properties to fully leased.
“Hunneman’s representation of both the landlord and the tenant created a mutually beneficial opportunity to lease the space at 205 Industrial Ave even before it hit the market,” said Patrick Grady, VP at Hunneman. “Working on behalf of both sides of the transaction has given us a clear view of the growing interest in Lowell, especially with national retailers.”
