The days when hybrids were wimpy, underpowered cars that only populated Silicon Valley parking lots are well behind us. Case in point, the Toyota RAV4 Plug-In was already delivering 302 horsepower the last time we went looking for the cheapest path to 300 hp nearly two years ago, and it’s only gotten more powerful since then.
