Greystar has opened the remaining units of Archer Eastfield Station, a 402-unit apartment complex at 6615 Cerris Drive in Huntersville. Construction began in the fall of 2024 , and the first units were delivered in February. The Charlotte Business Journal reports Greystar developed Archer Eastfield Station in partnership with Whitman Peterson.
Monthly rent starts at $1,399 for one-bedroom units, $1,936 for two-bedroom units, and $2,453 for three-bedroom units. The property is priced for people earning around 80% of the area’s median income.
The development spans a 16-acre site. Amenities include two dog parks, a resort-style pool, an outdoor kitchen with grilling stations, an artisan maker’s space, a community garden and walking trails, electric-vehicle charging stations and an 8,000-square-foot clubhouse with lounges, a fitness center and coworking space.
Greystar says work will begin soon on the three-story, 276-unit apartment community called Remi West, located between Queen City Drive and Tuckaseegee Road near Charlotte Douglas International Airport. It is scheduled to be delivered in spring 2028.
