GreenBarn Investment Group and FarmView Ventures announced that global law firm O’Melveny & Myers LLP has signed a 15-year renewal for approximately 100,000 square feet at 1625 Eye Street NW, a 405,000-square-foot office property in Washington, D.C.’s Central Business District.
The renewal represents a significant milestone for GreenBarn and FarmView as they advance a comprehensive transformation of the property alongside capital partner Farallon Capital. GreenBarn, FarmView and Farallon acquired 1625 Eye Street in 2025.
Avison Young serves as ownership’s leasing broker at 1625 Eye Street. Eli Barnes, Jonathan Wellborn, Will Stern, Lauryn Harris and Macy Parana of the firm’s Washington, D.C. office represented ownership in the O’Melveny transaction. Jeff Welch of CBRE and Greg McCavera and Ella Adkins of JLL represented O’Melveny.
O’Melveny, which has maintained a presence at 1625 Eye Street since 2003 and occupies the building’s top three floors, is the property’s largest tenant. Located just two blocks north of the White House, 1625 Eye Street features a nine-story atrium and a 425-space parking garage.
