Samsung has used Spider-Man to tease the Galaxy Z Fold 8 prior to launch, and now we’ve got a treat from the company. Along with a bunch of other videos for the new devices, Samsung shared a very cool Spider-Man-themed promo video for its new devices.
Samsung has a Spider-Man-themed Galaxy Z Fold 8 video, and it’s very cool
This video is called “A brand-new Fold for a Brand New Day”, and it throws the company’s new devices into the movie itself, kind of. As a reminder, the name of the upcoming movie is “Spider-Man: Brand New Day.”
While watching this video, you’ll feel like you’re watching the movie itself. It shows a bunch of destroyed phones that Spider-Man uses, and a bunch of movie scenes as well. It even includes Spider-Man’s friend and sidekick.
In the video, Spider-Man is basically designing new phones, which are the company’s new foldables, the Galaxy Z Fold 8 and Galaxy Z Flip 8, while the Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra is being used by the hero’s friend.
In addition to the foldables, the watches are also a part of the fun
You’ll also see the Galaxy Watch 9 and Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 make a cameo in the trailer as well. In case you’re wondering, yes, Samsung will have product placement in the upcoming movie itself.
All of these devices were announced on July 22, so a couple of days ago. The Galaxy Z Fold 8 managed to attract most attention out of the bunch, despite the fact the Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra is technically the new flagship phone. The Galaxy Z Fold 8 does bring a new wide form factor to the table, though.
It already has some competition from the Huawei Pura X Max, while Apple’s first foldable is coming, and it will also be a wide one. It will allegedly be called the iPhone Ultra.
