What happens when you combine foldable phones and a British pub? Well, Samsung has the answer to that. The company just announced the ‘Fold Inn’, which is explained as the “first-of-its-kind London pub experience, to mark the launch of its latest Galaxy Z series devices.”
The Fold Inn is Samsung’s unique way to present its Galaxy Z Fold 8 series and Flip 8 in London
Samsung said that this will be open to the public for a limited time. Visitors will be able to enjoy free bespoke pints from a distinctive, folded bar. It is located in Soho, and it will be open starting tomorrow.
Needless to say, The Fold Inn will give visitors a chance for a hands-on experience with the company’s new foldables: Galaxy Z Fold 8, Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra, and Galaxy Z Flip 8.
Samsung says that the pub is “located in the heart of London,” and that it offers an “immersive experience” that “reimagines a traditional pub through the lens of leading foldable design.”
Unfortunately, Samsung shared only one image of the pub, from the outside. More information will probably be shared tomorrow once the pub opens.
Samsung also added the following: “The Fold Inn invites guests to experience the design, creativity and versatility that have defined the Galaxy Z series since 2019, reimagined through one of London’s most iconic social spaces.”
Samsung even created a bespoke drinks menu inspired by the foldables
The company also created a bespoke drinks menu inspired by the new phones. The Soho Sipper is inspired by the Galaxy Z Fold 8. The City Pour, on the other hand, is inspired by the Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra. That leaves us with The Shoreditch Pint inspired by the Galaxy Z Flip 8.
The Galaxy Z Fold 8 is the newcomer in the company’s foldable smartphone series. It is a book-style wide foldable, which is quite short and compact when folded, and wide when unfolded.
