Malibu-based lifestyle brand Frankies Bikinis has opened its first storefront in the mid-Atlantic region in Georgetown at 1238 Wisconsin Ave NW.
The 1,482-square-foot space will feature the brand’s dresses, knits, bikinis, and apparel separates. Frankies Bikinis signed a lease with EastBanc, Inc. and Acadia Realty Trust, co-owners of the Georgetown Portfolio.
“Frankies Bikinis is a unique new entrant to Georgetown, the kind of brand I haven’t seen here in decades, and it’s sure to grab the curiosity of the Georgetown shopper,” said Philippe Lanier, CEO of EastBanc. “They’ve built a genuine following around mother-daughter shopping and attracted a diverse, recognizable customer base that speaks for itself.”
With luxury fashion brands and international home and design retailers, the area continues to grow as an in-demand hub for premium retail. As the largest retail owners in the neighborhood, EastBanc and Acadia Realty Trust are dedicated to curating and attracting leading luxury brands.
