Primoris Services, a Fortune 500 provider of critical infrastructure services Sugar has signed a 25,352-square-foot office lease at Sugar Land Town Square. Primoris will occupy the 8th floor of 2150 Town Square Place and is expected to begin occupancy in 2027. Primoris was self-represented in lease negotiations, while the landlord was represented by CBRE’s Bubba Harkins, Jenny Sealy and Joel Douthit.Â
Primoris is a provider of infrastructure services to the utility, energy and renewables markets, offering engineering, construction and maintenance services across the utility, energy and renewable infrastructure sectors. Primoris joins a diverse roster of office tenants, including CVR Energy, Industrial Info Resources and Nexus Water Group.Â
In 2025, the City of Sugar Land approved a $12.5 million reinvestment in Sugar Land Town Square to enhance the property and further elevate the tenant experience.
