Brazilian steakhouse Fogo de Chão has expanded its presence in the Chicago area with the opening of its fifth location in Schaumburg.
The new restaurant offers the brand’s signature churrasco-style dining experience, featuring continuous tableside service of fire-roasted meats, a gourmet market table, and an extensive wine list. Located at 125 N. Martingale Road, the Schaumburg venue is designed with modern aesthetics, including an open kitchen and a lively bar area, catering to both casual diners and special occasions.
The expansion reflects Fogo de Chão’s strategic growth in key suburban markets, aiming to bring its unique Southern Brazilian culinary traditions to a broader audience. The Schaumburg opening follows recent launches in other major U.S. cities.
