
East West Partners and private equity partner Ascentris launched leasing for the first office building at Cherry Creek West, a 13-acre mixed-use redevelopment project. Dubbed One Cherry Creek, the eight-story building will offer 200,000 square feet of Class A office space and 19,000 square feet of retail. The Cushman & Wakefield team of Nick Pavlakovich, Matthew Gautreau and Michael Pavlakovich will lead the leasing efforts for One Cherry Creek.
Amenities include a conference center for 80+ people, a private boardroom and a generous lounge and pre-function space. There is also an expansive 1,700-square-foot outdoor terrace, on-site fitness and showers. Â
Phase 1 of the project will deliver approximately 400 residences, 200,000 square feet of office and 50,000 square feet of retail. When complete, Cherry Creek West will offer approximately 840 residences, 600,000 square feet of office space, 100,000 square feet of retail, and abundant underground parking with over 2,000 spaces.
Phased construction begins this year with openings through 2029.
