Red Ridge Development has started work on a downtown mixed-use project in Las Vegas. Origin at Symphony Park and Cello Tower are part of a six-acre development that will combine retail, offices, and a luxury condominium tower. In addition, a yet-to-be-announced grocery chain will also be part of the mix.
The 32-floor Cello Tower will offer 240 luxury residences and over 40,000 square feet of private amenities, such as valet parking, a golf simulator and a pet wellness spa. Red Ridge is also planning to develop a resort nearby.
Origin will feature over 100,000 square feet of retail, office, and market space. Multiple business tenants have signed leases in the development.
Symphony Park, a 61-acre development in the heart of downtown that includes the Smith Center and the Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health, sits across from City Hall.
