Comstock Holding Companies announced the signing of a 77,000-square-foot office lease with QTS Data Centers at 1800 Reston Row Plaza in Reston Station. The long-term lease encompasses the entire 11th, 12th, and 13th floors of the building.
Blackstone owns QTS Data Centers, an independent data center operator. “Reston Station’s premier location, accessibility and vibrant business community make it an ideal home for our headquarters,” said Tag Greason, Co-Chief Executive Officer of QTS.

Reston Station is a mixed-use, transit-oriented development spanning approximately 90 acres. It features multiple office buildings that serve as the global, national, or regional headquarters for companies, including Google, Booz Allen Hamilton, ICF International, and CARFAX.
