The mix of amenities in apartment communities changes with the newest trend. The new must-have amenity is a pickleball court. Vista Residential Partners recently broke ground on a four-story apartment complex in Palm Beach Gardens that will have two courts. Besides the pickleball courts, amenities in Gardens Vista will include a pool, a fitness center, an interactive game room, a co-working space, a dog park, and electric vehicle charging stations.
Located on the 6.7-acre site at 12450 Central Blvd., Gardens Vista will feature 221 apartments, including 131 one-bedroom units, 68 two-bedroom units and 22 three-bedroom units. The South Florida Business Journal reports the developer said 10% of the apartments will be workforce housing under a city program.
The developer acquired the vacant site for $15 million in 2022 and received development approval from the city in 2024.
Niles Bolton Associates designed the project. Straticon is the general contractor. The developer said construction should be completed in March 2027.
