Alliant, a Portland-based construction firm, has opened its new headquarters in the heart of downtown
Alliant Systems purchased its Goose Hollow offices nearly two years ago and is relocating from its previous location in the Pearl District at Northwest 12th Avenue and Flanders Street. The new state-of-the-art office at 1705 S.W. Taylor Street spans 28,000 square feet, more than double the firm’s previous 12,000-square-foot Pearl District location. Colliers’ Jamaal Brown, Trevor Kafoury and Autumn Brice represented Alliant in the transactions, along with Brett Johnson and Chris Johnson, who represented the sellers, reported the Portland Business Journal.
The company’s new headquarters in Goose Hollow is less than a mile from the former office. Alliant selected Fortis Construction and Woofter Bolch to remodel the space. Alliant is a design-build mechanical contractor in Oregon and Southwest Washington specializing in new construction, tenant improvement, engineering, maintenance, controls, energy services and commissioning.
