The Chiofaro Company announced the substantial completion of The Aries Club at International Place in Boston’s Financial District, a 23,000-square-foot, tenant-exclusive amenity destination intended as the centerpiece of the two-tower office property’s $100-million repositioning. The Aries Club was informed by extensive research conducted by The Chiofaro Company and global architecture firm Gensler, and focuses on creating spaces that tenants actively use, according to ownership.
Those spaces include a 130-seat multi-purpose room, a members’ lounge and full-service bar, an immersive technology center, event spaces and wellness rooms.
“This is a transformative asset for International Place,” said Don Chiofaro Jr., VP of The Chiofaro Company. “The Aries Club represents a meaningful evolution in workplace amenities, defined by thoughtful design, innovation, and elevated tenant experience. We worked with an exceptional team to create something extraordinary, where our tenants/employees feel like they belong to an exclusive club downtown, which they do at International Place.”
