Barnard, who works out of Cushman & Wakefield’s Bloomington, Minnesota. office, is a 33-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry with a practice focused on investment analysis, project feasibility, leasing/marketing programs, and development pre-leasing.
Greenstone Partners has added Aaron Ramirez as an investment associate and Ilma Seperovic as a senior marketing manager, strengthening the firm’s capabilities across investment sales and marketing strategy. Ramirez will focus on the acquisition and disposition of urban retail and mixed-use properties across Chicago’s North and Northwest sides. Seperovic will lead the firm’s content marketing strategy and brand positioning across digital platforms, public relations, and marketing initiatives.
Colliers announced that the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) recently elected Scott Savacool, SIOR, Senior Vice President at Colliers | St. Louis, to the SIOR Global Board of Directors as Vice President. As part of SIOR’s rolling Board of Directors structure, Savacool will advance to serve as SIOR Global President in 2029, marking the first time a St. Louis-based member has held this position since 2003.
