CBRE has expanded its Mid-Atlantic leadership team with the addition of Chris Poppell as managing director and investor services leader for the Mid-Atlantic and Dawson Rinder as managing director and Maryland market leader.

Poppell will help scale the firm’s investor services business across the region. Most recently, he served as director of investment real estate at George Washington University. Rinder will oversee business operations and growth strategy across the firm’s Maryland business. He most recently served as managing director and market leader of Marcus & Millichap’s Washington, D.C. office, overseeing the firm’s business across D.C., Maryland and Virginia.
