
Cawley Commercial Real Estate announced the acquisition and leasing assignment of a 58,236-square-foot multi-tenant industrial facility located at 657 Wolverine Drive in Aurora, Illinois.
The property was acquired by The Missner Group, a Chicagoland general contractor and developer. The Missner Group provides construction services across a wide range of product types, as well as real estate development, investment, and property and asset management.
Andrew Maletich, SIOR of Cawley CRE, served as the sole buyer representative in the transaction and, together with Matt Garland, has been retained as the exclusive leasing broker for the property. NAI Hiffman represented the seller.
Situated on 5.5 acres, the industrial facility features heavy power and is well-suited for a variety of manufacturing and industrial users. The property is currently 57% leased, with 25,267 square feet available immediately for lease. “This acquisition aligns with The Missner Group’s strategy of investing in well-located industrial assets with strong in-place income and lease-up potential,” said Maletich.
