Lee & Associates NYC represented Capital Fund Management (CFM), a Paris-based, global systematic hedge fund firm with more than $19 billion under management, in its relocation to 510 Madison Ave. in Manhattan’s Plaza District from the Chrysler Building. CFM signed a long-term lease and will occupy 23,000 square feet spanning the entire 28th and 29th floors, with move-in expected in March 2026.
Richard Plehn and Lisa Ann Pollakowski from Lee NYC represented CFM. The landlord, BXP, Inc., was represented in-house by Heather Kahn and Will Stark.
“CFM chose to move from the iconic Chrysler Building in pursuit of a more central financial district location within a modern building,” said Pollakowski, executive managing director at Lee NYC. “While 510 Madison Ave. offered many attractive features, the abundance of natural light and the reputation of the landlord were key factors in their decision.”
