If you want a luxury pickup truck, you generally don’t go to luxury automakers like Lexus, BMW, and Mercedes. Rather, you go to truckmakers like Ford, Chevy, and GMC, and you see what sort of packages and features you can add on to the top trim. The demand for luxury pickups is, apparently, just strong enough to justify luxury trim levels for mid-market trucks, but we’ve seen very few dedicated luxury pickups over the years.
