Broadview Real Estate unveiled plans for O27, a proposed 32-story office tower on Westheimer, just down the street from the River Oaks District.
Designed by STG Design, the building will encompass more than 520,000 square feet of office space. Realty News Reports completion is anticipated in 2028. STG Design was the executive architect for Austin’s Block 185, the curved “Sail Tower” that serves as the home of Google’s Austin headquarters on the shores of Lady Bird Lake in downtown Austin.

Named for its ZIP code, O27 is proposed for a 1.66-acre site at 4701 Westheimer. It is across from the soon-to-open Greenleigh, a redevelopment of the former Hotel Derek, and down the street from Highland Village shopping center. The O27 building site currently houses a former Extended Stay America hotel, which closed last year.
Broadview Real Estate’s development pipeline exceeds 3 million square feet.
