Bedrock, a real estate developer and Detroit’s largest real estate partner, has started the first component of the $3.5 billion master plan on the transformational, mixed-use development along Cleveland’s Cuyahoga River.
The Cleveland Clinic Global Peak Performance Center is officially underway, rising from its foundation.
The Riverfront Cleveland looks to reimagine 35 acres of underutilized land into 12 acres of public parks, plazas, trails, and a 3,000-foot riverwalk. The Riverfront will become the largest transit-oriented development in the state, with a comprehensive community-focused design that will transform the area into an 18-hour, 15-minute downtown.
In partnership with the Cleveland Cavaliers and Cleveland Clinic, the Global Peak Performance Center is Bedrock’s master plan’s first vertical component, and will provide premium sports care to the public and the Cleveland Cavaliers. The center is set to open in 2027.
