AT&T Inc. will leave its corporate office in Redmond, according to a report by CBRE.
AT&T occupied an approximate 73,000 square-foot space in the Redmond Town Center, located at 7277 164th Ave. NE. The move comes on the heels of other major employers and tech companies similarly reducing or moving their office spaces.
Google closed down the company’s four-building campus in Seattle’s Fremont neighborhood last month, transitioning its employees to its South Lake Union offices, and Warner Bros. Discovery opted to move its Seattle-based staff to a smaller office in Bellevue.
CBRE began marketing the building for lease in 2024, and indicated at the time that the lease would expire in February 2025. Invesco acquired the property in June 2018 as part of a $268.4 million deal for six office buildings in the mixed-use commercial center, reported the Puget Sound Business Journal.
