
Albion Residential has completed construction and fully opened Albion Lawrenceville, a community featuring studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments in Pittsburgh’s Upper Lawrenceville neighborhood.
The property, which delivers 267 units and 5,700 square feet of retail within a six-story frame building that includes the restoration of a former firehouse. Albion Lawrenceville was designed by Harthorne and Plunkard and financed by First National Bank, along with First Commonwealth Bank. The apartment development features a fitness center, a yoga studio, a dog park, and private workspaces.
