Agora Realty (Agora) has completed construction for Hylo Park South, its 90,750-square-foot grocery-anchored retail center located at the southeast corner of Lake Mead Blvd. and Rancho Drive in the city of North Las Vegas. This retail center will be a central gathering place for Agora’s 73-acre master-planned, mixed-use community Hylo Park that is now in its third phase of development with approximate construction costs of $375 million.Â
The 11-acre retail center is already 95 percent leased to many nationally recognized tenants, led by anchor tenant Cardenas Markets along with Ross Dress for Less, Starbucks, Chipotle, In N Out, PDS Health, AT&T, UPS, Chase Bank, Allstate, Sourdough & Co., and Tesla. Hylo Park South tenants will be open and operating by early 2027.
In addition, Agora sold a 1.2-acre pad within Hylo Park South at the southeast corner of Rancho Drive and Lake Mead Blvd. to In-N-Out Burger for development.
