It’s that time of year! Spooky season is officially upon us, and what better way to celebrate than by attending Hyperallergic’s Halloween Party?
On Wednesday October 28, join Hyperallergic members, contributors, and staff at Oberon, Brooklyn’s newest queer haven, for an evening of ghoulish revelry.
Enjoy spooky cocktails and snacks at the open bar, and put on your most inspired outfit for the night’s Costume Competition, judged by Hyperallergic’s Hrag Vartanian and special guests!
Get the beetle juices flowing by perusing last year’s winning costumes, from a committed reenactment of René Magritte’s “Lovers” to an, um, conceptual tribute to Relational Aesthetics.
Tickets are $20 for Hyperallergic Members, $40 for non-members.
