Seattle-based Lil Woody’s Burgers & Shakes is eyeing an expansion with plans to open a Tacoma location.
The chain will debut a new restaurant in the city’s Stadium District by late 2025 or early 2026. The location will take over the former Harvester Restaurant space at 29 N. Tacoma Ave., which closed in 2023.
Lil Woody’s features grass-fed beef patties, veggie burgers, salmon burgers, and chicken sandwiches. Ingredients are sourced from local and regional producers, including Franz Bakery buns, Royal Ranch beef, Hill Meat Co. bacon, and Tillamook dairy.
The restaurant will be located in an approximately 1,600-square-foot space. Kyle Prosser and Tom Brown of Lee & Associates are the leasing agents for the building, reported the Puget Sound Business Journal. Lil Woody’s currently has locations in Ballard, Capitol Hill, White Center, Green Lake and Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, and Tokyo.
