In a concentrated effort to expand its presence on the Chinese market, Audi teamed up with SAIC Motor to launch the all-electric, China-only AUDI brand in 2024. This is technically a separate entity from the Ingolstadt-based automaker, and no models are shared across their lineups. Instead, AUDI currently offers the electric E5 Sportback and E7X exclusively to Chinese customers.
