The Samsung Galaxy A08 is now official, as the company not only shared the phone’s images but its specs as well. The phone does come without an official launch, though – at least not yet.

The Samsung Galaxy A08 has just been listed on official regional websites in Serbia and Bosnia, official websites. We’ve seen this phone leak before, so it’s not exactly a surprise, but we now have official information.
Samsung opted to include a 6.7-inch IPS LCD display in this phone, with a resolution of 1600 x 720 pixels. A 50-megapixel main camera sits on the back, along with a 2-megapixel secondary camera. On the front, you’ll find an 8-megapixel selfie camera.
The chip name is not mentioned, but we do know that the company opted for LPDDR5X RAM. The phone comes in 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB storage options, and you can expand that up to 2TB thanks to a microSD card slot.
It includes a notably larger battery than its predecessor
A 6,000mAh battery sits inside the phone, which is an improvement over a 5,000mAh battery in the Galaxy A07. The phone supports 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth 5.3. It also has an audio jack.
The Samsung Galaxy A08 is IP64-rated for splash and dust resistance, while it is 8mm thick. The device weighs 197 grams.
Samsung will offer the phone in three colors: Dark Blue, Green, and Silver. You can check out all those color options in the gallery below.
Samsung did not confirm the price tags on these websites, but the price in the UAE for the 4GB RAM + 64GB storage variant is $170. Considering all these listings, the phone is expected to go on sale in the near future. Samsung is also expected to push out a press release for that occasion.
