At IFA 2026, Luna, the company behind the Luna Band, announced it is shipping its wearable worldwide. For those who are hearing about this for the first time, the Luna Band was originally announced at CES 2026.
Like we said, there are many fitness trackers in the market, but the Luna Band stood out because it ditched the display. This puts it in the same category of wearables as other trackers like Whoop, Hume, and more recently, Google’s Fitbit Air. The tracker features the use of AI and runs its own LifeOS platform.
So, without a display, how are you supposed to use or interact with it? Through your voice. For instance, if you wanted to log your meal or supplement, just tell the Luna Band what you want using your voice. No more prodding at a tiny display or pulling your phone out. The band can track your health such as analyzing your sleep, your fertility, manage your stress, and offer training guidance. You can even upload your lab reports if you want a way to keep track of your overall progress.

Now, if you are interested in the Luna Band, it is priced at €149. And the best part is there is no subscription required. Other screenless bands like those from Whoop require a subscription to make use of it. Google’s Fitbit Air gives users access to core features, which is enough for most people. But it has an optional Google Health Premium plan priced at $9.99 for more advanced functionality.
