The Vickery multifamily development at 700 W. Vickery Blvd. is now completed and open for tenants in Fort Worth. It features 321 residences — 307 apartments and 14 townhomes — in one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts.
The Vickery is from Trademark Property Co., developers of the 5-acre site at West Vickery Boulevard and Hemphill Street.Â
The city of Fort Worth’s tax financing district for the area committed $3.3 million toward street, streetscape and public improvements near the $82 million project.
The development includes pickleball courts, a central public park, two dog parks and a sky lounge for residents. The project also includes a stand-alone 5,358-square-foot restaurant space with a rooftop patio area.
Trademark is working on a second phase of construction for Westbend Residences, a 321-unit multifamily project featuring 4,500 square feet of restaurant space on 3.5 acres along the Trinity River. Currently under construction, the Westbend Residences are set to open in the first quarter of 2027.Â
