Consumer Cellular’s Phoenix contingent will be moving into the 123,340-square-foot 8501 Raintree office building in north Scottsdale. The company will bring call center workers, marketing, technical, executive and administrative teams to its new office building. The Phoenix Business Journal reports the deal is the largest office lease in the Phoenix metro to be signed so far this year.
The company has multiple retail locations in the Valley, including in Mesa, Scottsdale and Surprise; plus three call centers (two in Tempe and one in Phoenix) and a corporate office. Employees will start operating out of the Raintree building in the third quarter of 2027.
Jonathan Keyser of Keyser Commercial Real Estate represented Consumer Cellular in the 15-year lease deal. Jeff Rifkin of Keyser Commercial Real Estate was the tenant project manager. Bryan Taute of JLL represented the owner of the building, Tryperion Holdings.Â
