National interiors, architecture and branding firm KTGY announced the opening of its new Chicago office, combining its two Chicago-based architecture and interior design studios into one space within the historic Chicago landmark, The 225 W Randolph Building.
Originally built in 1967, and long known as the Illinois Bell Telephone Building, the single-tenant telecom building recently underwent a rehabilitation to be transformed into modern Class A office space.
The space brings the firm’s interiors and architecture teams together under one roof for the first time, creating a more connected, collaborative studio designed to better serve clients across the Mid-West and deliver a cohesive, high-performing environment.
The office will be led by Interior Design Principal Gina Deary, and Architecture Principal Sam Luckino. The bridging of architecture and interior leadership underscores the firm’s investment in both talent and the evolution of its practice in the region.
