The OPPO Find X9 Ultra stole the show during OPPO’s latest launch event, but the company announced another high-end phone worth focusing on. The device in question is the OPPO Find X9s Pro, and it’s a lot smaller than the ‘Ultra’ model.
The OPPO Find X9s Pro is the company’s new compact flagship
The OPPO Find X9s Pro has a 6.32-inch display, so it’s considered to be a compact phone. On top of that, its bezels are very thin and uniform, so it’s actually quite compact. It’s the complete opposite of the OPPO Find X9 Ultra in that regard.
This smartphone has a flat display, with a centered display camera hole up top. Its bezels are only 1.1mm thick, and they’re uniform. The phone has a flat frame and a flat backplate, with a camera island in the top-left corner. There are three cameras included there.
A 6.32-inch AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate is included, while the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 SoC fuels the phone. The device comes with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 flash storage.
Android 16 comes pre-installed, with OPPO’s ColorOS 16 on top of it. There are two nano SIM card slots on offer here, while the phone also has an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint scanner. There’s also an IR blaster included at the top.
It has excellent ingress protection and a huge battery
The OPPO Find X9s Pro is IP66, IP68, and IP69 certified for water and dust resistance. It offers stereo speakers, while it also supports Bluetooth 6.1. A 7,025mAh battery is also a part of the package, along with 80W wired and 50W wireless charging.
This phone’s camera setup is nothing to scoff at either. It has a 200-megapixel main camera (Samsung HPE sensor, 1/1.4-inch sensor size, f/1.6 aperture, OIS). A 50-megapixel ultrawide unit is also here, with the JN5 sensor and f/2.0 aperture.
The third camera on the back is a 200-megapixel periscope telephoto unit (Samsung’s HP5 sensor, f/2.6 aperture, 2.8x optical zoom, OIS. OPPO also included a 3.2-megapixel multi-spectral camera on the back. On the front, a 32-megapixel camera is located.
