- Transwestern promoted Brooks Creech to Managing Director of its Healthcare Services platform. Creech will oversee healthcare brokerage operations while continuing to lead strategic advisory and transaction services for key healthcare clients. Creech leads Transwestern’s Healthcare Services transaction team supporting Baylor Scott & White Health, the largest nonprofit health system in Texas.
- XSpace Group closed on a $29 million loan to fund development of its newest project in Houston, representing a significant milestone in the Company’s continued growth and national expansion strategy. The financing enables XSpace to accelerate the construction and delivery of its Houston location. The construction loan was arranged by Institutional Property Advisors, Adam Mengacci, Matt Polci and Sunny Sajnani.
- The Woodlands, Texas-based The Signorelli Company promoted Jeff Dewese to President of Signorelli Development Company’s Land Division. Dewese is responsible for all divisional aspects from land development to strategic planning, land acquisition, project and budget management, and team development for the company’s current and future master-planned communities across Texas. Most recently he served as Senior Vice President of the Land Division.
- Partners Real Estate (“Partners”) arranged the purchase of 6500 Greenville Avenue, a seven-story office building located near Lovers Lane and Greenville Ave. Partners Justin Utay and Jeremy Brubaker, both of the firm’s Office Tenant Representation group, represented the buyer in the transaction. The 114,525-square-foot asset is strategically situated to offer tenants efficient access to I-75 (North Central Expressway).
- Triten Real Estate Partners, a Houston-based national real estate investment, development and operating firm, sold Fairbanks Northwest Distribution Center, a two-building, Class A distribution center in Houston’s northwest submarket. An Ares Real Estate fund acquired the approximately 358,000-square-foot, Triten-developed asset which is 80% leased.
