Related Beal has secured a lease with Strong Pilates as the newest retail tenant at One Kenmore Square in Boston. It’s part of a nationwide rollout for the Australia-based brand, with the Boston location expected to open this summer. The brand made its U.S. debut in San Antonio.

In addition to Strong Pilates, Related Beal has welcomed several new tenants to One Kenmore Square in the past year, including a boutique wine retailer and a biotechnology company. Newmark’s Ted Chryssicas and Jon Martin handles retail leasing at the complex.
