
Xiaomi has officially revealed the launch date and design of its upcoming Bluetooth tracker, the Xiaomi Tag. The gadget was earlier spotted listed on a European retailer’s website. And now, we finally have official information about its launch. The gadget is set to debut at the company’s upcoming global event in Barcelona on February 28, 2026.

Via its official social media handle, Xiaomi has confirmed that the upcoming Xiaomi Tag is launching at its Barcelona event on February 28, 2026. At the same event, the tech giant will also release its much-awaited Xiaomi 17 series of devices and other accessories.

Xiaomi has also shared a promo image on the X post, which confirms the design of the Xiaomi Tag. From the picture, the Tag looks pretty much like its earlier leaked renders. It carries a slim and lightweight design. The promo image confirms that the tracker weighs only 10 grams. Pricing, supported features, and regional availability have not yet been officially confirmed. More information is expected during the launch in Barcelona.
Early rumors suggest competitive pricing
The Xiaomi Tag was recently spotted on Xiaomi France’s online store and on other European retailer websites. Those listings suggested a slim design measuring 7.2mm in thickness. It is said to be powered by a replaceable CR2032 battery and is rated for up to one year of use. Further, the tracker was also confirmed to support Bluetooth 5.4 and NFC connectivity.
Last but not least, the retailer listings confirm that Xiaomi Tag will be compatible with both Apple’s Find My network and Google’s Find Hub. The listings also pointed to a price of €17.99 ($21) per unit in the EU, with extra discounts on bundles. However, do keep in mind that none of these details have been officially confirmed by the brand yet.
