Beacon Capital Partners announced plans for significant strategic renovations at The Towers located at 1000 & 1100 Wilson Boulevard in the Rosslyn neighborhood of Arlington, Virginia. Renovation work began in January and is scheduled for completion this summer.
Since the property was acquired in December 2024 by a joint venture comprised of a Beacon affiliate and Qatar Investment Authority, approximately 250,000 square feet of leases have been executed at the 1.1 million square foot, two-tower property, affirming the growing tenant demand for high-quality office space in Arlington’s premier business district. JLL’s Robert VeShancey, Yorke Allen, Matt Owens, Brent Mathis, and Lee Brinkman lead the leasing for the Rosslyn portfolio.
“Companies are actively seeking modern, high-quality space, and our renovations at The Towers deliver precisely that,” said Shane McLaughlin, a Managing Director at Beacon Capital Partners. Recent leases and expansions have been closed with Sands Capital, the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, Alphataraxia, and POLITICO.
