For the 2027 model year, the Nissan Kicks will be offered in a more hardy guise with the introduction of the Kicks Rock Creek package. This is the first time the small crossover has been given this kind of treatment. Offered on the SV grade, the new Rock Creek puts the Kicks on a par with Nissan’s bigger Rogue and Pathfinder Rock Creek models, complete with trail-ready styling, an Off-Road mode and all-wheel drive as standard.
Nissan has positioned the 2027 Kicks Rock Creek for those in search of an adventurous aesthetic but not looking to move up to a larger SUV. The company says the package is meant to instill confidence on everything from light trails to gravel, grass, sand and snow. An exclusive Off-Road mode is part of the package; it permits greater wheel slip to keep momentum on snow or sand. There is also Hill Descent Control for managing speed on loose ground going downhill.
You will see the difference right away with the 2027 Kicks Rock Creek’s exterior. The styling is intended to set it apart from the rest of the line with a Rock Creek-specific upper grille, gloss-black trim on the side mirrors and the lower fascias at the front and rear, plus amber accent and daytime running lights. There are also unique 17-inch wheels.
Step inside and the Rock Creek package provides TailorFit-appointed seats with some accent stitching, a matching heated steering wheel and branded floor mats. Over and above what you get with a regular Kicks SV, there are a number of safety and comfort upgrades, among them interior ambient lighting, heated front seats and mirrors, Rear Automatic Braking and the HD Intelligent Around View Monitor.

Versatility is further enhanced by roof rails and crossbars that can handle 165 pounds of gear.
The pricing for the 2027 Nissan Kicks starts at $24,335, the Kicks Rock Creek starts at $30,385.
