YouTube TV is starting a new offer for new customers and those who might be looking to return to YouTube TV. You can now get a 10-day free trial, and pay just $59.99 per month for the first two months. That’s a $23 savings each month ($46 total). A pretty good incentive to try out YouTube TV. Especially considering a lot of other streaming live TV services no longer offer a free trial.
This is only available for Google accounts that have not yet subscribed to YouTube TV. So if you want to return to YouTube TV with this offer, you’ll need to use a different Google account.
YouTube TV is still among the best for streaming live TV
Despite the many negotiations that YouTube TV seems to struggle with and losing channels, it’s still the best option for streaming live TV. And there’s one big reason why: they allow you to share with others who are not in your household, without sharing your password.
Sure, others like Hulu offer more, more channels, Disney+, and ESPN Unlimited are included for roughly the same price, but you cannot share it outside of your household. The same goes for Fubo TV and DIRECTV Stream.
Though it is very likely that YouTube TV will crack down on this soon, currently you can watch YouTube TV concurrently on three devices. These can be in your home or elsewhere.
YouTube TV does also have over 80 of the top 100 cable channels, as well as very useful features like Unlimited Cloud DVR, and Multiview which is really useful for watching sports and other content. With March Madness coming up very soon, it’s definitely a good service to have.
