- A Ferrari Purosangue was wrecked in severe accident, and is now listed on Copart.
- The Italian exotic has a salvage title and has been clearly damaged beyond repair.
- Some of the exterior damage might have been intentional during rescue attempts.
It’s one thing to see a Ferrari Purosangue parked outside a luxury boutique, it’s another to spot one looking like it lost a fight with Godzilla. Billed as Maranello’s most practical machine, the five-door, four-seat, high-riding Ferrari was designed to be the supercar you could actually drive every day.
Of course, drive it every day and eventually luck runs out, which brings us to this particular silver Purosangue now up for auction after a decidedly brutal encounter with a strange reality.

The car in question is a 2024 Ferrari Purosangue finished in silver over a saddle leather interior. Unfortunately, the high-riding Italian has been so badly damaged that it now carries a salvage title.
What Happened Here?
The listing on Copart doesn’t offer much in the way of explanation, just a vague “all over” for primary damage and “burnt interior” as the encore. if we had to guess from the photos, it looks like the Ferrari SUV may have suffered a serious side impact, then had the misfortune of catching fire. That’s not the kind of double feature anyone wants.
The chassis of the first high-riding Ferrari appears bent on one side, the front bumper has been ripped off, and the long hood is visibly displaced. Things get worse at the back, where the tailgate looks like it was shredded open, with the rear windshield being shattered.

Fire And Aftermath
The partially charred cabin hints that firefighters may have forcefully breached the tailgate to gain access, possibly in an attempt to rescue occupants. Oddly enough, the rear-hinged doors on the driver’s side appear intact, which makes you wonder if they offered a cleaner way out than the inferno in back.
Copart pegs the car’s retail value at $620,771, though no one in their right mind would ever pay anything close to that now.

Potential buyers are likely eyeing this wreck more as a parts catalog than a repair project. A couple wheels look intact, the side emblems and taillights seem salvageable, and even the exhaust tips survived the chaos.
The big question is whether the naturally aspirated 6.5-liter V12 escaped with its dignity intact. Thanks to its front mid-ship placement, the engine may have been spared the worst and could live on with some careful rebuilding.
As dramatic as this wreck looks, it isn’t the most catastrophic Purosangue incident on record. Last year in China, another one came to an even uglier end, left stranded in the middle of the road with both its front end and V12 engine torn clean off.
