Wells Fargo announced the grand opening of its new $570 million campus in the Las Colinas neighborhood of Irving, Texas. Wells Fargo partnered with KDC Real Estate Development & Investments to develop the campus, which was designed by Corgan and built by Austin Commercial. The project was aided by a $5 million “deal-closing” grant from the Texas Enterprise Fund, in addition to $30 million in incentives approved by the Irving City Council.
Wells Fargo has approximately 460 branches, 1,500 ATMs, and 17,000 employees serving customers and clients across the state. The new Las Colinas campus will bring together 4,500 employees in an environment designed to support company growth and community engagement. Wells Fargo is the third-largest bank in DFW with $22.8 billion in deposits.
The 850,000-square-foot Las Colinas campus features state-of-the-art amenities, including a dining pavilion, fitness center, walking trails, and direct access to public transportation, and is intended to be the company’s first energy net-positive campus.
