Warner Bros. Discovery has leased 48,000 square feet in the Civica Office Commons at 225 108th Ave. NE in Bellevue, Washington.
The move comes as the company’s 112,000-square-foot lease in Seattle’s Hill7 is set to expire in May. Discovery is apparently set to occupy space left vacant by Morgan Stanley and Wells Fargo Bank. Warner Bros.
The New York-based media and entertainment company will use the space for its direct-to-consumer division including Max and Discovery Plus. Unico Properties owns Civica Office Commons, which is a two-building 324,614-square-foot office property located in Bellevue’s Central Business District.
