Cornerstone at Holmdel, an income-restricted community in Monmouth County, is now fully leased and occupied, said Walters, the award-winning property’s owner and developer. Located at 461 Middle Rd. in Holmdel, NJ, the 50-residence property was completed in June 2024. Â
